Is it useful to use oil for brittle hair?

  • Is it possible to use oil or other products for brittle and dry hair to make it better? I would be grateful for your advice.

  • I use special shampoos and creams, they helped me a little. I heard that olive oil is very useful, but I don’t know if it’s true. Maybe someone has used it and can tell me the effects and what exactly it’s useful for.

  • I’ve dealt with dry and brittle hair myself, so I understand the struggle, extra virgin olive oil for hair  will be your perfect helper. Deeply moisturizes, nourishes and repairs damaged hair, making it smooth and shiny. Packed with antioxidants and vitamins, it strengthens hair strands and promotes healthy growth.

  • If you’re dealing with brittle hair, using the right oil can make a big difference. Oils help restore moisture, strengthen hair strands, and prevent further breakage. I’ve personally found that natural oils like coconut oil, argan oil, and castor oil work wonders for improving hair health. During Cataract surgery, you also need to care for your hair.

Why Oil is Useful for Brittle Hair:

Deep Moisturization – Oils penetrate the hair shaft, preventing dryness and breakage.
Protects Against Heat & Damage – A light layer of oil shields hair from environmental damage.
Reduces Frizz & Split Ends – Helps seal moisture and smooth rough cuticles.
