SSD Install Issue AK-41

  Hello,

  I'm trying to install a new Samsung 2TB SSD in my AK-41 mini pc.  However I'm running into the issue of the motherboard not recognizing it via the SATA connection on the motherboard.

  I have confirmed that the SSD is operational by setting it up and formatting using a USB to SATA tool and using on another pc.

  
  I have confirmed that the SATA cable on the AK-41 motherboard is operational by plugging in an old 2.5 HD and BIOS detected it.

  
  So the issue is purely the motherboard not detecting the SSD on the AK-41.

   

  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

  I am having a similar problem on the same model: AK-41. I installed a second 500GB M.2 SSD in the available slot, and it is not being recognized, or at least does not appear in the drive list through Windows. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
