Hi support team,
After a factory reset of my NY41S, the PC stick cannot find a correct sound device/ software in the device manager. And now my PC stick cannot play any sound (no input and output) by default. Can you please upload a link for user to download the required audio software so that the PC can play sound again while connecting an adaquate monitor the PC keeps saying "No Audio Output Device is Installed"?
User can play music/ audio when the PC stick is connected to a bluetooth headphone but cannot play any sound while the PC stick is just connected to a normal monitor with sound output device in it.
Please help provide a workaround in your post here. Thank you.
