According to Windows, the AK41 has a built-in Realtek Audio device, but I get no sound from the device using test sounds or any other playback method. I have gone to the settings to ensure this device is used by Windows, but no such luck. Are there in fact internal speakers?
Into the audio 3.5 mm headphone jack, I plugged in a headphone, and Windows automatically detected the headphones. Using the same Windows settings funciton, I switched over to the Realtek HD Audio 2nd output. The test-sound was succeesful! So the problem seems to be the internal speakers.
