I can’t say I’ve had terrible luck with repair guys, but I haven’t had great ones either. I want someone who’s reliable. Is that asking too much? I’m ready to pay, I just want the job done well.

I think we all want that. I get really bummed out and sometimes even mad when I pay a lot of money for a job and then have to redo it.
